Does Lemon Juice Need To Be Refrigerated?

I’m doing something for girl scouts that requires lemon juice. Can I leave it out on the counter overnight, or should I leave it in the refrigerator?
Thanks! :D

It’ll be fine out overnight (once or twice), but I wouldn’t leave the same bottle of lemon juice out overnight very many times. It does need to be refrigerated, but it doesn’t go bad that quickly — slower than milk, for instance.

If you have room in the fridge, I’d just leave it in there.

The high acidity of the lemon will prevent from EVER spoiling,at any temperature, however, to prolong taste, refrigerate is not a bad idea
