I’m doing something for girl scouts that requires lemon juice. Can I leave it out on the counter overnight, or should I leave it in the refrigerator?
Thanks! ![]()

It’ll be fine out overnight (once or twice), but I wouldn’t leave the same bottle of lemon juice out overnight very many times. It does need to be refrigerated, but it doesn’t go bad that quickly — slower than milk, for instance.
If you have room in the fridge, I’d just leave it in there.
yes, I know my mom does
yes, does not need to be in the fridge
I always keep mine in the fridge, just read my bottle and it must be refrigerated after opening.
yes. refrigerate after opening.
The high acidity of the lemon will prevent from EVER spoiling,at any temperature, however, to prolong taste, refrigerate is not a bad idea
no
yes,yes,yes!!!
yes the cold maintains the acidity
uhmm if you havent opened it no if you have opened it yes
leaving out on counter over night won’t hurt it. you could leave lemons out, right?
if i open any thing,it goes in the refrigerator
